Loved the kids, they were my world.

Cons

Management is horrible, they don’t realize what’s going on at the school. Gossip, backbiting, horrible culture. Lehi office is the worst, they have no clue and don’t care about the kids, all they care about is money/tuition. The management doesn’t even understand their own moral code or political beliefs, they are so ignorant to what’s happening in class.

I liked helping the kids improve.

Cons

I joined because I liked to work with students and see them thrive. After a while, I realized that there is no scope of growth here. It was then I started looking for other jobs as we all need to grow our careers and attain financial stability.
