      Don't waste your time, you will only end up very, very frustrated. Lots of idiots working there.

      Pros

      health insurance is 100% paid for employee and family. Lots of holidays and days off.

      Cons

      No advancement, absolutely no raises, no bonuses, unless you are from Israel. Very biased against Americans. Micro-managed from Israel, not interested in local input. They talk a big game, but can't deliver. Basically in business for executives to make lots and lots of money.

      Pros

      No micro-managing, lots of autonomy. Company is in good financial position, also provide a best-of-breed product which makes selling easier. Upper management is on your side to succeed and willing to help at all stages. Investing to train their sales force.

      Cons

      Lacks a formal training process. Unproductive meetings that drag. Disconnect between some teams in Israel and the US. Slow to pay out commissions. Takes months to receive commission/revenue reports

      Great collective & work ambience

      Cons

      No interest in keeping the employees mentally healthy due to constantly being understaffed and under pressure. Hr is a joke Forget about raises, you have to beg for any incremental increase of any type. Perfect example of politics in a workplace High management has no clue of the needs of the employees.
