      Nice atmosphere, and good opportunities to grow. there are a lot of nice activities that you can join and a lot of smart people to learn from

      Cons

      there are a lot of changes during the life-cycle of the project. The time spent at work is some time to high, and there are time you can think that this is not the proper place for you.

      Pros

      I do have to give credit to Ceragon for their products. Their products are are the best in the industry. The people I worked with for the last two years were great.

      Cons

      No sense of direction; all over the place, not focused on priorities, goals.
