Good industry benefit, good and stable system, good for beginner and those do not expect changes

Cons

Career progression opportunity is very limited if you are not the one in the company's management trainee program. Your professional skill, hardworking and talent will be ignored if you are not the management trainee. A transparent ceiling is always there.

Chance to interact with people from various different backgrounds, including celebrities/public figures in some cases. If you speak foreign languages, you may have the opportunity to use them when interacting with certain people.

Cons

Schedules may be irregular. Because flights may depart/arrive at times when people are normally asleep, it may take a few days to adjust to the working schedule.

A large organisation who believes in investing in their staff too besides the customers. Change is a constant here in a good way.

Cons

There is no downside for staff unless one plays unhealthy politics and this would not be the right company to work for.
