great career for a resume, most of the colleagues work smart, training 7 weeks paid which its nice especially compare with another airline

Cons

Physical demands by pulling, lifting heavy stuffs, company require a lot of guideline that you have to follow. deal with jet lag all the times. allowence only a little money, its good experience but its really hard to survive with a less than 2k a month

Great money & benefits. Global destinations in route structure. Excellent aircraft to fly.

The worse management team in the world of aviation. Do not work here. If you have the experience to fly at 'Cathay', then you have the experience to get a flying job elsewhere. Don't do it. Thousands would agree with me! Even the Cabin Crew & Maintenance! All employee groups continually have battles with the company. Its not Cathay Pacific its Cathay Pathetic! Good luck and enjoy your flying because that's why we do it. Cheers.
