      Pros

      Great loyalty, sense of belonging, team spirit, good benefits. Conduct over 150 training man days per year made you grow really quick. Great self-development. Great friendship. Good work life balance. Very nice management team.

      Cons

      Low career development as too many peoples in the team and people are not leaving or moving. Stuck in one post for ages. Generally, the culture in the team are resistance to change.
