      Pros

      great people, great friendships, I was told that I should stay as nobody cares if you do work, just get along well with everyone and keep a 'lprofile'. No place for someone who wants to grow.

      Pros

      Top-notch airline to work for. Has quite an pioneering mindset. Good quality products and very international environment. Pay is decent, but as with most other airlines on the low end when you are on a station level.

      Cons

      Biggest minus point is the fact that outstation staff have a limited career progression. Meaning, it is hard to internally transfer to the headoffice, but also it is very hard to move up the ladder within an outstation. Lots of talent is lost and the gap between management and junior staff is increasing by age and experience.
