Good place to work for with good overall job perks including a generous 90% discount off ticket prices with the airline as well as any other airline within the One World Alliance leading to endless possibilities to travel the world in our spare time. Lots of opportunities also exist to participate in charitable projects and Marketing and PR events to broaden horizons and enhance employee experience.

Cons

Promotion for work becoming a little slow and career progression not possible until whenever the company needs to fill positions. This usually takes many years. Hard work from employees need more recognition.

Pros

Insurance for everyone and housing allowance for crews who are from overseas. We have at least 70 hours coverage that means even if we don't fly enough 70 hours we will still get 70 hours worth salary monthly

Cons

Allowance got cut these few years and cathay took many benefits back such as 24 hours medical insurance,etc.
