      Ineffective Management

      Pros

      Nice colleagues, 5 days week, excellent benefit (90% discount off flights)

      Cons

      Higher management (MT) rotates every 1 or 2 year and each has little clue with actual operation. They come in and attempt to make changes but does not actually benefit the department, resulting in low morale. Also hard to do internal transfer, unless you have good connections.

      Good industry benefit, good and stable system, good for beginner and those do not expect changes

      Cons

      Career progression opportunity is very limited if you are not the one in the company's management trainee program. Your professional skill, hardworking and talent will be ignored if you are not the management trainee. A transparent ceiling is always there.
