Lots of opportunities also exist to participate in charitable projects and Marketing and PR events to broaden horizons and enhance employee experience.
Cons
Promotion for work becoming a little slow and career progression not possible until whenever the company needs to fill positions. This usually takes many years. Hard work from employees need more recognition.
