complaints are always the same with template response, management often ignore recommendations to fix recurring issue. Hard to meet target number of case per day.

Strict hierarchy, "superiors are always right" when they aren't, company cuts down on service but front line gets the blame, discount tickets are standbys and always overbooked, no room for advancement

Cons

bonding is required for training, and not consistent among staff; roster is 5 on 2 off with off days not fixed and often times 2 off days are apart (roster can also change any time without staff awareness in advance); no confirmation for annual leave plan; top quality international with local salary range;
