Money, Line Managers didn't know how to manage people, a lot of favouritism, HR was awful. Lack of career progression and awful passengers.

It's a very nice company to work with, especially if you like airline industry and Hong Kong Culture. Cathay Pacific is 5 stars airline. Most people are working very hard here, very competitive

Cons

6 month probation, so you don't get vacations and flight benefit during that time. flight benefit is good but a lot of the times the flight will be full so you will get offloaded and ruin your vacation plan 10 vacation days during the first 3 years, standard company benefit.
