good allowance at layovers.

Cons

low pay and tough working conditions. crews are graded by their section leader each and every flight and other crew "shoe-shine" their section leader to get better scores even when they don't do their jobs correctly. Section leaders can be lazy leaving all the work load to the crews below them.. unfair heirarchy and culture.

- low turnover rate of office staff leading to limited career advancement - Technical and operation oriented with stagnant organizational model --> may not employ the best practice in areas other than technical and operation field
