Discount flight tickets and many learning opportunities.

Cons

Low Pay, with hourly rate HKD70, 196 hours each month. The only allowance is overnight allowance. Few OT available. And no extra pay or allowance even if you have learnt different skills. Just more workload. Expect little to none lunch break as it's not guaranteed. They're no clear promotion path and just the fewer being friend with the superior get promotion. Not judging by abilities.

Some outstanding work colleagues to share a flight deck with.

Cons

An aggressive, controlling, adversarial management that spends most of its time fighting employees rather than managing the business. Very little interest in following the spirit of contracts. Working here is most certainly not enjoyable and can be corrosive.
