      Pros

      Dynamic work-life balance. Great fit if you like working in a fast-paced, vibrant and adventurous workplace. Great for someone looking for a career that takes you places (and not get stuck behind a desk).

      Cons

      Can get fatigued easily if you don't manage your health, time and energy. If you're not used to work schedule based on rosters (or red-eye flights or being on called to work on the fly) eg. with kids or have other regular commitments, it'll be quite difficult to find your rhythm.

      Although work language is still English but progressively loosing diversity in language ,culture and Work environment.

      For me it's still an amazing job for me, can travel to a lot of places, but nowadays, the roster is lesser day off

      Cons

      Salary is not that high, it's hard to reach $20k hkd a month
