      -Good benefits -Allowances for early morning shifts -Nice people and environment for most

      Cons

      -Difficult flexibility in scheduling for part-timers who are students (10 hour shifts either very early morning or late evening) -Dull working conditions and job description/requirements does not match day to day. -Mediocre pay compared to other similar positions
