Management are people by those who have found themselves a sinecure. Lip service is paid to not working under pressure, to correct application of company policies, to fair treatment of personnel. In practice, this never happens. If your face does not fit, i.e. if you are not a 'yes' person, you will never be promoted. This company performs all manner of activites that are meant to impress corporate in America with their inclusive attitude, however, again, practice, this is only to impress, follow through is non existent. The company has it's own interpretation of ideas such as Kanban, 5S, Black Belts etc, which are miles apart from the reality of these systems. 'Perception' is the current buzzword, which boils down to, if you appear to be doing your job, you don't actually need to do your job, the perception that you appear to be is enough.

-Terrible work life balance if you are in operations. -Abusive workload. 60-72 hour work weeks -Little to no room for advancement -Highly toxic environment. (Chronic high stress, Low Morale, Complete disregard for work life balance, physical and emotional work related illnesses, Unrealistic expectations, poor communication)
