      Pros

      Salaries are reasonable. Generous time off policy. Like most places some genuinely good, dedicated people go there every day for work. Long term prospect for business seem to exist.

      Cons

      Lots of challenges symptomatic of industry and a contract based company. Do more with less faster. Inevitable outcome is execution problems which compound in a contract multi-client environment to create a toxic, disengaged environment. Middle management is hit and miss, and some of the misses are big.
