-Terrible communication between departments. -Understaffed. -Lack of accountability and organization. Most of my time at Catalent we lacked a staffing calendar so if multiple people took off it would put a lot of strain on the department. -Growing at a rate that hiring/training cannot keep up. -Offer less than my minimum salary range, told overtime would cover the difference. Now the company is cracking down on overtime. -Have to wait a year before moving departments. Six month is more than adequate in my opinion.

COMMUNICATION!!!!! It took me two weeks to be introduced to any of my team members, and that was due to me asking the only person I knew to introduce me to the team. Scheduling is very poor if it exists, mandatory overtime is expected almost everyday, no work-life balance, not enough parking or office space for the amount of people they currently have on site (and they want to bring back more despite a raging pandemic). Watch out for security if you are sitting at a vacant desk despite the fact that it's open seating.
