      Disappointing all around

      Pros

      Pay is decent. Health insurance coverage is ok, but high deductible.

      Cons

      The company culture is atrocious. The Bloomington Site is rampant with the “good old boy” mentality. Creative problem solving is stifled by old ways of thinking. Due to increased revenue demands, quality is often sacrificed. If you are intelligent, a problem solver, and someone who is proactive and wanting to take initiative to do the right thing, this is not the company for you. If you come here you will fight battles to do the right thing until they break you. They will pay you well, but you will lose your soul and all sense of morality. Additionally, racist acts in the community are tolerated and at worst condoned by leadership and at best swept under the rug. It is truly sad the see the potential that is squandered at this site due to archaic ways of thinking, no accountability, and backward leadership.

      Pros

      Free Parking, If you're on their good side you're eligible for bonuses. Free energy candy...if you make it using Catalent supplies (it's ok, management sweeps things like this under the rug)

      Cons

      If you want to advance in this company and you think by working hard, head to the ground, and production is going to get you there...think again! One Director plays favorites and unless he calls you his buddy (in a mickey mouse voice) it's unlikely for you to receive a bonus, raise, or promotion. HR will excuse the behavior of management when you have any complaints.

      Horrible Place to Work

      Pros

      Most of the people are good to work with despite incredibly low morale. Cafeteria is excellent.

      Cons

      The company claims to care about employees but their actions show otherwise. They supposedly have a policy of no retaliation, but management retaliate against employee complaints with impunity. Morale is awful. Little to no opportunity for advancement based on merit. Pay averages 20% less than national average. Leadership is oblivious to company needs and refuses to acknowledge company problems even when presented with proof.
