Potential, but you missed the mark.

Pros

Benefits are literally free, and they're not bad either.

Cons

You can't expect salespeople to perform on the level of commissioned sales staff without a reward. You're paying your salespeople a measly $13 an hour, when others in the industry who do literally the same thing elsewhere earn upwards of $100k a year. And to those salespeople who earn $13 an hour, what incentive do they have to become better at sales? A measly store bonus if the whole store hits a goal? There is no accountability here.

Pros

Free mattress after 6 months and 2 pillows after 1. The company is growing so on the surface it looks likes there's room for growth.

Cons

There are no people of color at the corporate office at all. When they have their zoom meeting it's all Asian and white and they are making no attempts to change it. They have a type that they prefer when it comes to management. White women dominate the company.

Depends on your team and manager

Pros

All the start-up goodies: free lunches twice a week, t-shirts, swag, some people are nice.

Cons

They’ll higher a manager for a team without asking for any feedback from the team (because they clearly know what’s best for the team). Lots of turnover. Most people have been here less than 2 years. Titles and pay are all over the place so you may be making a lot less than someone in a different department with similar title just because one department tends to pay their employees higher. Spending is crazy and it doesn’t seem like it will ever get controlled. This is a company that looks great on the outside but has a lot of issues that need to be addressed.
