Pros

The break room will always have great snacks. The mall is a super convenient place to work. This position is slight work.

Cons

Like many other retail positions, the focus is money. Before you even stress yourself with a complaint, remember that the focus will always be money.

Pros

Not a lot to do during down time, there is a lot of down time.

Cons

Everything. No support from upper management. Promises of bonuses and raises and then they change your goals so you can’t bonus Constantly severally understaffed, when you try to hire new people they won’t approve them. Payroll constantly messes up your checks and pto and even maternity leave. HR is a joke. Mass turn over. Complete lack of communication and clear direction, upper management does not communicate with eachother and has clashing agendas
