      Just another retail job

      Pros

      Some sales incentives for free product.

      Cons

      This was prior to the pandemic when a new flagship location was just opening. They drew out the interview process and made it seem like a huge opportunity. In the end, it was just like any other retail job. Also, they made sure to keep some employees classified as "part-time" while making them work full-time hours in order for them to not qualify for benefits.

      Failing company can’t get out of its own way

      Nice work life balance and great people.

      Cons

      The senior leadership team is horrendous and is constantly doing re-orgs or shifting priorities in desperation. Somehow the people in charge of these decisions that ultimately fail continue to be a part of future decisions. On top of leadership not knowing how to run a successful company, the pay is also terrible in comparison to other companies. This leads to consistent turnover throughout all departments within the company.

      Pros

      There were pros when I accepted the job, but that was short-lived as I was lied to at the beginning.

      Cons

      Lies, micro managing and overall miserable place to work. Too many managers above the store so always conflicting directions. Store managers get thrown under the bus if it suits anyone in upper management. Store managers are just the fall guys with keys. The company is struggling and making changes that don’t make sense.
