Pros
It is a very relaxed work environment with a good amount of downtime. The product itself is easy to sell and you don't often deal with difficult customers
Cons
My bonus was delayed and sometimes the downtime can drag. The company also follows seasonal goal targets and doesn't really take into account foot traffic or location, so sometimes goals can be hard to reach. Bonuses are given as a percentage of what you sell and it ranges from 1.5-4.5 %.
