      Pros

      Pros of working at Casper are just free coffee and PTO if you’re full time.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, tense environment, no bathroom, only tourist traffic

      Pros

      - This is a company that is constantly evolving. Every couple months I look back and marvel at how much progress we've made. - We always have of new interesting problems to solve and it never feels like we're just plugging away at the same old things - It's a fun atmosphere and there's a deliberate focus on keeping it that way

      Cons

      - Things move quickly here and it could be a difficult place to work if you are someone who doesn't easily embrace change

      -incredible benefits with equity, health care, PTO, fun activities -an amazing product(s) to support and feel good about what you're doing -ability to learn and grow in areas that interest you- in no shape or form are you "stuck" doing the same thing everyday- unless you want to -extremely supportive team members and so far the same with upper management -upper management open and engaging to hear your ideas/support/recommendations -working on creating how things should be done, work effectively, be efficient

      Cons

      -having too much transparency with upper management/easily accessible- could become problematic as the team continues to grow -too.many.meetings- needs to be streamlined for better work efficiency -quickly growing and onboarding process needs to be streamlined -self-taught extremely fast paced environment that wouldn't suit someone that needs their hand held every step of the way
