There is professional satisfaction in terms of latitude given for creative out of the box thinking, challenging assignments etc.

Cons

Large Corporations mean a lot more red tape. If you are someone who is likes a small company environment where decisions are made on the spot then UTC Fire& Security is not the place to be.

lots of freedom ability to make your own schedule reasonably competitive pay structure company provides a vehicle, cell phone, laptop, and what not

Cons

Currently Carrier is doing very poorly and it's reflected by their people. The morale of the company is very, very low, opportunities within the company are limited at best, and the organization is being run by leaders who have little experience in exactly how our business works.
