Fantastic work life balance. Environment is very stable as the industry is niche. Market leader in the industry. It's a great place to work if you are planning to look for a stable job or retirement.

Cons

Culture is pretty localised. It's not a typical MNC culture you will aspect. Typical asian culture requires some adaption if you are a foreign. The location of the company poses some challenges to staff if travel by public transport.
