      Great work, confusing management.

      Pros

      Great opportunity to learn and have exposure to very interesting technology and very capable people.

      Cons

      Most aspects of the business seem foreign and new to management. They seem to be venturing into unknown areas almost daily. A real struggle to try to make order out of chaos. Lots of visionaries, not enough worker bees.

      Pros

      If you are an eager learner, there are things to be learned by yourself.

      Cons

      The different sites might be different. However at my location, the moral is so bad. Everything is 1:1. There is no tranparent communication both inside the group and crossfunction groups.

      Pros

      Interns make a good amount of money. Also, they hire a lot of PhD in Chemistry. There are opportunities to meet people from different departments and to get to know them.

      Cons

      Most of the people who work there are not excited about the product and fear coming to work. I was there for a short period of time (intern) and they fired over 50 people while I was there. That's around 15% of their workforce!
