      Fine, if you like to make PowerPoint slides

      Pros

      They pay pretty well. The benefits are good and have lots of options. If you're not a manager, it's a good place to be, because corporate leaves you alone.

      Cons

      If you ARE a manager, be prepared to choke on tons of unnecessary red tape. Things require many layers of approval to get done, and the process changes frequently - without communication - so you do lots of things 5, 6, 14 times. Lots of non-value-added time creating "slide decks" and "packets" which are glorified PowerPoint presentations with embedded files.

      Pros

      Interns make a good amount of money. Also, they hire a lot of PhD in Chemistry. There are opportunities to meet people from different departments and to get to know them.

      Cons

      Most of the people who work there are not excited about the product and fear coming to work. I was there for a short period of time (intern) and they fired over 50 people while I was there. That's around 15% of their workforce!

      Pros

      I enjoyed working with some of my coworkers. Working in an environment such as this can be difficult but the employees made it bearable.

      Cons

      Working long hours and not getting fairly compensated upper management not taking responsibility, would rather blame others expects a lot from their employees
