      Pros

      Very good about time needed with family-though that depends on your manager.

      Cons

      Poor pay for hours/work load Outsourced lots of their skills making getting resolution difficult Horrible experience with a direct manager who was such a micro manager, and she was there for decades. Little, little room for advancement based on experience. It's only based on who you know. Not many opportunities for job skill growth.

      Pros

      Great opportunity to learn and have exposure to very interesting technology and very capable people.

      Cons

      Most aspects of the business seem foreign and new to management. They seem to be venturing into unknown areas almost daily. A real struggle to try to make order out of chaos. Lots of visionaries, not enough worker bees.

      If you are an eager learner, there are things to be learned by yourself.

      Cons

      The different sites might be different. However at my location, the moral is so bad. Everything is 1:1. There is no tranparent communication both inside the group and crossfunction groups.
