Pros
They offer good benefits, pension, car etc, OTE wages are good. Good amount of working holidays, and untracked cars
Cons
they are run extremely bad with unrealistic targets. How can someones target in Blackburn + Burnley be the same as someones sales target in the centre of london it makes no sense. Since leaving after 10 months of employment they have had 2 new starters for my position. Service engineers are expected to sell equipment which reduces sales for sales executives and from this customers have zero trust in what Chubb as a whole are providing/selling.
