      Pros

      I used to love working for Carrier before the new CFO arrived 1 year ago from the outside. Good to be coming in from the outside.

      Cons

      Now it is being devastated from the inside. If you are a legacy Carrier person, you will be pushed out or demoted.

      Upper management doesn't mesh well with employees If you sell enough you can get away with murder Lots of layoffs They will talk up the culture being like a family but unless you're a good ol' boy this isn't the case No loyalty to long term employees If you have another opportunity take it, the money here is okay nothing to get excited about.

      Good coworkers, good team, friendly environment and good balance of work and life.

      Cons

      Not the most up-to-date technologies, forever-changing organization and mid-level managers who do not care nothing but keep their positions, with sub-par management and leadership capabilities. New comers see little opportunities to grow and develop.
