Extremely dishonest and shady company. They all think they are some high class a list celebs. I was hired on to open the new store and attended training. Two weeks later they hadnt scheduled me to work and then called me in to say they were letting me go. Did not even give a reason and then had the audacity to say we put four extra hours on your check. sounds like bribe money to me. They have no gratitude for their customers. During training they constantly tell you to upsell each product and if the customer wants anything different the answer is always no. All they care about is how much product is sold at the end of the day and how fake you can be to sell stuff to customers. Also the food tastes like any other bakery, all it is is hype. Managers are very subliminal. And do a lot of eye rolling.

No benefits unless you hit 40 hours, only 25% off your items, rude tourists most do not speak English. Pay is ok but you can get more other places in the mall or at Disney. Training for grand opening was 2 days of everyone scrambling to finish setting up.
