Pros
The GM Shannon is very hard worker and cares about the employees. She is strict but fair. We always know where we stand and what we need to do better for the bakery and how to make the customers happy. I worked with a great group of girls and had fun.
Cons
No benefits unless you hit 40 hours, only 25% off your items, rude tourists most do not speak English. Pay is ok but you can get more other places in the mall or at Disney. Training for grand opening was 2 days of everyone scrambling to finish setting up.
