      Pros

      Coworkers and bakers are cool, and sometimes ... if your supervisor is nice, you can get leftover pastries at the end of your shift. (Closing shift)

      Cons

      Everything else. The pay is horrible for everything you have to do. You literally work so hard for nothing. The management is horrible as well as the supervisors who don't do anything but sit around on their phones all day, but get mad if you do one little thing wrong. You're not allowed to talk, and it's just not a fun environment (as it should be) Also, there's no room for growth. Everything is frozen and shipped to all locations. So you don't really get to learn how to make anything.

      Pros

      Carlo's marketing team is on the small side, but with the company rapidly expanding it allows you to get involved in large projects you may not be exposed to initially at other agencies. The department is led by some great managers who are always willing to share their knowledge of the idustry. It's a great opportunity to learn and grow in the field.

      Cons

      Not much food in the area...other than pastries!

      Pros

      My coworkers were great to work with we had a lot of fun and got the job done. Loved my boss who was fair and didn't favor anyone.

      Cons

      You had to pay for parking and most people got tickets because there was no time to go refill the meter. Compensation was way too low for the amount of work I did. Higher ups were terrible and unprofessional.
