      They make quality product for medical field.

      Cons

      Short-term thinking. Poor succession planning. Can't retain employees. Horrible culture. Reductions to benefits have soured employees on the company. Forced long-term employees to forfeit two weeks of vacation and reduced 401k plan while trumpeting about all of the money that the company is making.

      Get ready for a list. The Carestream in windsor Colorado is awful, the bosses do not care about the people. People saw less than a 1% raise, and management said that was an amazing year. The equipment is older than most of our parents, and that includes its electrical equipment, so if you find yourself looking for a new position, you may find yourself trapped because the relevancy is nothing to most companies. The company does not have a future, management would rather complain and yell than hire staff/invest in its current employees. Absolutely unforgiveable the current state of the company is in
