Too much work on each employee - multiple highly tenured people leaving within a short burst of time from "prestigious" new product development team (which no-one believes in) tells me something is very very wrong.
Carestream Dental's product line is assembled from companies operating in various market segments, however the leadership has not yet incentivized/convinced the management of the product line in each segment to work with the other segments -- so if you're tasked with working with or unifying multiple segments, you may as well give up now. People think it's OK to not answer emails or to stonewall, and nothing gets done about it. Teams release products by surprise to "show up" the other teams.
It's like working with the clicques back from your high school days.
