      Pros

      This company has great people yet there is a lack of teamwork amongst them. The overall strategy of Carestream is good yet there is a constant panic that destroys a lot of good momentum.

      Cons

      Many of the best employees get frustrated and leave because they don't want to deal with the constant panic and bureaucracy that's used in certain parts of the organization. The use of intimidation and fear is a common practice within the company and members of the senior management team support such behaviors. There is a clear hire and fire mentality.

      Technology is solid. Solutions are competative. Salary is competative. Benefits are ok.

      Cons

      I am a current employee with less than one year of experience.Management turns a blind eye to harrassment style techniques of regional managers. Why does management think that fear, intimidation style management is a motivator?

      Decent pay only recommend a job if no other opportunity exists.

      Pay is OK. Peers really want to create supperior products.

      Cons

      Who would want to work in a position where teams are torn annually by 'bottom 10' being cut. If you mention you are in the bottom 10% you are walked out. When you are walked out, you get 3 weeks pay to sign you will never work here again. Crazy and true.
