Pros

Very relaxed office setting, quiet and not stressful. Decent benefits and a very flexible working schedule (management depending I suppose)

Cons

I'll say what every other review on here says, they're stuck in the ways of old Kodak and continue to promote professional managers in lieu of those best qualified for the job.

Pros

Carestream is profitable, makes good products, most of the people you work with are good hard working, dedicated employees.

Cons

Management is often only interested in metrics. Senior executives that I know have terminate excellent dedicated employees when there is a need to cover mistakes.

I had a FEW great teammates and project managers, we worked well together . IT department started in a great place but went downhill at a staggering rate!

Cons

Terrible management, only looking out for their friends. Preferred to micromanage and outsource rather than trust their teams and empower them to do the job.
