      - Supportive co-workers - Lots of trust given to the intern - A chance to work on global brands and gain exposure to many different tools and programs.

      Cons

      The office is not the most exciting or dynamic place on earth. Very quite and could be easy to get lost or simply disappear and be forgotten about. The intern needs to be super-proactive in making work for themselves.

      Innovative and exciting with hints of a past

      Pros

      A culture that produces regular commercial innovations. Amazing talent -- filled with smart, effective colleagues. World-wide -- Chance to obtain great experience in national and international sales, regulatory, development , etc. In medical devices -- a good field to develop and use history in every element of a business in that vital market segment. If an enthusiastic self-starter, great opportunities to contribute -- and help your team do the same.

      Cons

      Corporate structure that focuses on corporate structure rather than people. Possibly a legacy of a company that ruled a market segment for a century before falling off a cliff. Product innovation not necessarily mirrored in corporate agility and respect for differing division methods.

      Pros

      Exit of the autocratic PMO Director .After ruining the careers and lives of many in PMO, she has finally decided to move on. Promising new projects, new products. Great benefits. Kodak legacy and somevery talented workers.Good Org structure.

      Cons

      Too many to state. Politics, favoritism, personal grudges, rude management, ill-tempered people,backstabbing, dumb grading and rating system ( annual and midyear reviews) Everything that should be wrong within an Organization can be seen here.( Could make a good case study).. Back and Forth Tennis style approach of solving things( blame games)- Zero team work, absolutely no consideration for co-workers and subordinates. The place has no sensible thinkers at all, just shameless political animals who are looking to score brownie points and trying to save their backs. Everything is short term, no long term planning. Its all about the numbers. The Management fails to realize that business runs because of PEOPLE and not NUMBERS. Without people, there cannot be numbers. Unhappy people cannot give good numbers,
