every employee is treated like a human being and each individuals needs are considered. very reasonable about personal needs/time off. above all else, major opportunities to grow within the company. as a growing company new positions are always being created and voids left to be filled. working up through the company is highly encouraged. it never feels like a dead end job.

Cons

in 7 years I do not have any cons. I have been through hard times in life and have at times struggled with my work, but management and the company as a whole was nothing but supportive.

Plenty of opportunity to grow in the industry with a close family like team! Industry wide they pay well. The management team seems to actually care about their employees. They treated us really well during covid shut downs

Cons

401k match is a bit light, other than that, all seems well

Car Sense is an exceptional company to work for. Being here sense day one has aloud me to see the many changes of growth and great potential for advancement into management . The people we have on board make working more enjoyable than I thought possible. With our company still growing it still feels like a family run business. Come check us out!

Cons

Only con is my long commute back and forth to work.
