Since joining CarShop, I’ve genuinely felt like part of a family. From day one, the environment has been supportive, stress-free, and inclusive—making it not just a great place to work, but somewhere I actually look forward to coming every day. What really stood out to me was when management surprised myself and a few other associates with a trip to Puttshack in Pittsburgh—during our shift! They went all out: VIP seating, unlimited non-alcoholic drinks, amazing food, and two rounds of mini golf on their high-tech course. It wasn’t just fun—it was a reminder that we’re truly appreciated. Moments like that reflect the culture here: professional, people-first, and built on mutual respect. I’m proud to be part of the CarShop team.
