Pros

Working at The Good was a very positive experience. They take care of their employees, and I never felt like I couldn't go to my supervisor for assistance or help. Great compensation packages.

Cons

Sometimes you can be so busy taking care of customers you forget to eat lunch! Who doesn't like lunch?!

Pros

I have been with the company for over five years and have enjoyed the opportunity to work with a team of people who work hard and want to excel at what they do. I have spent all of my time working in the detail/body shop and have been able to move around to a few different jobs and learn new skills and challenge myself. I have an awesome manager who works really hard to make sure all of his employees are taken care of and have what they need to do their job. He also cares about us as individuals not just his employees which means a lot to me! Even in the midst of the Covid 19 Pandemic the company just kept on doing the best we could. We had to roll with the punches and make some changes and adjustments when necessary, but everyone kept showing up every day and tried to work together. So for me it has been a great company to work for with opportunities for advancement and to grow and learn.

Cons

We stay pretty busy year round with a go go kind of pace so for some that may not be the best fit

Great New Team in South Brunswick. The facility is amazing the people are wonderful. There is a lot of opportunity for growth in sales, service & administration with in the location & corporately.
