To say CarShop's work environment is friendly is merely an understatement. The staff, regardless of position, make you feel welcomed and appreciated with everything you do. When I say working here is a team effort, I mean it. Credit is given where credit is deserved and you never feel unappreciated while you're here. Not only is the culture here very inviting and friendly, but its also filled with opportunity. No matter where you start there is always room for growth, especially with a company that loves and prefers to promote from within. You truly learn something new every day, whether you have been here for 5 days or 5 years. The work place is fair and everyone gets treated equally.
