Great leadership, lots of room to grow to learn to do different things. They understand life obstacles and work with you and your schedule to help as best they can.

Cons

I do not think the employee to manager ratio is what it should be but we all do the best we can.

We've found that our sales jobs can wind up being a great starting point in a career, and also a terrific long term profession that can provide a great livelihood. We've taken specific steps to reduce the work schedule in sales, and really do our best to promote a healthy work-life balance, so we'd be interested to learn more about those concerns.
