Pros
Being a female working in a historically male dominated field I was welcomed with open arms since my first day. We all became like a family instantly. We all have a fun time joking with each other, help each other succeed, and support one another. The work environment has never been anything but a pleasure. Not only are our coworkers great but our management team is also fun to work with and fantastic mentors. Mike Deems, Christina Horstman and Mike Driscoll come in with a great attitude everyday and try their very best to help you succeed. They don’t just sit on a pedestal, they engage with you and get to know you on a personal basis. This place probably has the best work environment I’ve ever personally been in. Not to mention we get some work parties fairly often to celebrate our hard work and dedication
