Pros

Great company culture, helpful and supportive management and executive teams. Compensation is very competitive in all positions. Plenty of room for growth which is encouraged and preferred from within. Several company sponsored events and catered luncheons throughout the year. Working hours support a healthy work / life balance with generous paid time off as well as other benefits provided.

Cons

Working every Saturday is a downfall, however the day usually goes by quick due to the traffic, and with flexible scheduling, a PTO day can be used if needed.

Pros

Fantastic company to work for, really good work atmosphere and the HoB Carl treats all of his staff fairly and respectfully. Carshop cardiff and Carl H and Jamie J are all a pleasure to work for.

Cons

Not many negative things to say about working at car shop. The worst thing was the work life balance which has now balanced out due to the change in shift patterns.
