Pros

The guys that I worked with at CarSense were people that I could be friends with for life. I still stay in touch with some of them on a regular basis. I have worked at traditional stores in my past and the way the cars are cleaned and detailed are some of the best used vehicles ever. Other dealerships in the area should look to CarSense and take advice on how to be more like them. I hope they prosper in the future!

Cons

As with any car dealers there are always pros and cons. I would have to say that management could have trained sales people a little better. I believe if more hands on training could be implemented then maybe there would be a few more successful sales people. I wish the pay plan would have been a little bit stronger but it wasn't terrible. In a start up store it does take a little while longer to get to that point where you make the money you might need.

I love the "friends for life" comment. I feel the same way. As for the training, I am happy to say that we are, and have been, working on CarSense University for a while now. We are almost ready to roll out the "How to video section". Keep an eye out for it and thanks for the feedback.

Pros

This is one of the best places to work. The environment is fantastic here. Everybody is very warm and welcoming right from the start. I have never worked at a place where you are recognized for your achievements, encouraged to continue growing, and treated with the same respect and dignity that everybody else is. I plan on being here for a very long time. Everything here is pretty great, from the 401(k) plan, profit sharing, and the people. This is a great family environment.

Cons

There really aren't any cons that I can think of. I've never been a morning person, but coming here bright and early is no big deal.
