Pros

Family-like core, we all share our personalities with each other on a daily basis. We also get to talk about our children, pets, significant others, constantly and get to know each other well.

Cons

The drive to and from work is a little far, but not unbearable... I definitely do not mind it enough to leave!

Pros

As a veteran of the car business, CarSense stand above the others with their culture and morale. You are more than just an employee number to them and everyone from the executives down to the lot attendants wants to succeed and help in any way possible. They genuinely care about the employee and their families. I can't imagine a whole lot of other places where the president of the company is out cleaning snow off cars during the coldest part of the winter in his suit and tie.

Cons

The retail hours can be a tad bit long at times, but they are getting much better with flexible Saturdays off.

Thanks for the post. I couldn't agree more.... at CarSense we try and lead by example and our President/CEO along with many other managers do just that. As for the hours.... we are making great strides with our work/life balance, as you mentioned - flexible Saturdays Off has helped a lot. Thanks again.

Offers plenty of room for advancement, we have some of the best employees that a automotive dealer ship has to offer. We have a very caring and generous owner, and we are very sucessful
