From the moment I started working with CarSense 7 years ago I couldn't stop telling everyone about the great new job I had. A car dealer where you actually just help your customers find a vehicle that fits their needs. I knew of CarSense and how it is a great place to buy a car, but it wasn't until I started working there that I realized the company was built on such great values. I even recommended that two of my close friends apply for jobs and since then they have both accepted positions here. The owner and management staff really do care about their employees. The competitive salary and not having to work on commission really allows you to focus on the customer experience. Recently one of the VPs heard I was a Dallas Cowboys fan and knew they were going to be playing the Pittsburgh Steelers in an upcoming game. Without asking, that next week I received complimentary tickets to the game. This is just one example of the many great things I could share from my 7 years of working at CarSense!

Best job that I have ever had ! I love coming to work, and many people can't say that. I always feel like I am growing and learning, never a dull day.

Pros

CarSense has an amazing group of people working here, you can generally tell they are happy to be here and always willing to jump in and help out! This company not only runs a tight ship, they go out of their way to thank the employees every single day. They often plan fun events for their associates...I just enjoyed a relaxing day at the Spa and a delicious lunch with co-workers. The culture here is hands down number 1!!

None to mention at this time.
